Administration Assistant

  • Assist in making travel/boarding & lodging arrangements for personnel.
  • Initiate requisition for procurement of goods and services required by administration department on day-to-day/as-and-when-required basis.  
  • Assist Administration Officer/s in performing various Admin related activities.
  • Forward detail of invoices to Finance department and its follow up.
  • Maintenance and updation of Administrative files on daily basis.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain mail register on daily basis.
  • Perform any other duties/directives assigned by the Management from time to time.

The Candidate

  • Fresh Graduates from HEC recognized universities/institutions are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer application.
