Administration Assistant
- Assist in making travel/boarding & lodging arrangements for personnel.
- Initiate requisition for procurement of goods and services required by administration department on day-to-day/as-and-when-required basis.
- Assist Administration Officer/s in performing various Admin related activities.
- Forward detail of invoices to Finance department and its follow up.
- Maintenance and updation of Administrative files on daily basis.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain mail register on daily basis.
- Perform any other duties/directives assigned by the Management from time to time.
The Candidate
- Fresh Graduates from HEC recognized universities/institutions are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer application.
